The Heat Habit Guide is the companion site to The Heat Habit on YouTube Shorts. The channel covers what the sauna research actually found. This site lists the gear, and ties each pick to the evidence, including where it falls short.

Our rules: link the real study, say "associated with" when that is all a study shows, no cure or detox claims, and never pretend infrared is the same exposure as a traditional Finnish sauna.
